Md Rafi- The man behind it all!

The main aim of any builder is to sell as many buildings as possible and that's where Mohammed Rafi is different. Being a builder, Mohammed Rafi's dream was to sell homes, not just buildings. Spaces that people would love to call home, something they'd want to come back to after a long day. Being a builder, he knew that not everyone could achieve their dream of owning a home and he set out to make that dream reachable for numerous people.

Mr. Rafi has been in the real estate business for over 30 years now and has developed apartments over 1 lakh sq ft in total in Bangalore and Ramanagara. All the properties he has developed up until now have all been approved by BMRDA. But apartments isn't his only work, he has also developed plots especially for the middle class families in Ramanagara. These plots are extremely affordable at Rs.6 lakh and Rs.6.5 lakh each and are just about 3 kms away from the railway station and bus stop. Mr. Rafi's motivation has always been to ensure that no one is unable to achieve their dream of owning a house and he has used his skills and knowledge to provide affordable homes/plots for all sections of the society.

The Proteges

99 properties is not a one-man army even though it started out that way initially. Mr. Rafi currently is aided by his two sons, Mohammed Faisal and Mohammed Junaid. They bring to the table their modern ideas and help develop properties that are tailor made to suit the taste of the upcoming generation. They have been watching the business closely over the last couple of years and are now contributing to the business with their new ideas.
